Shot on 16mm in Los Angeles, three video store managers (Donovan Brandt from Eddie Brandt’s, Jerry Neeley from Jerry’s Video Reruns, and Jeff Miller from Rocket) are interviewed in three independent film theaters (The Vista, The Los Feliz Vintage, and The New Beverly) about the history of their popular indie rental houses and the contribution to their communities.
